These rates apply to the storage units operated by LOCKIFY S.L. and shall be valid from the date of their publication on the website and/or mobile application.

1. STORAGE RATES

1.2 Lockers (0.5 m²)

LOCKIFY offers 0.5 m² lockers with different heights and storage capacities.

Locker Type Height Monthly Price

Locker A 1.5 m €40

Locker B 1.0 m €35

The height is part of the internal configuration of the unit and determines its usable storage capacity.

2. CONTRACT PERIODS AND DISCOUNTS

LOCKIFY offers discounts depending on the selected contract period.

Contract Period Discount

3 months or more 5%

6 months or more 10%

12 months or more 15%

Conditions

Discounts apply only if the contract is maintained for the entire agreed period.

In the event of early termination, the price will be recalculated according to the standard monthly rate without discount and any applied benefits will be cancelled.

3. INSURANCE

3.1 Included Coverage

Basic insurance included: up to €500 per unit.

3.2 Extended Insurance (Optional)

Available upon request.

Pricing and conditions will be communicated prior to contracting the service.

4. INCLUDED SERVICES

• 24/7 access to the facility

• Digital access to the storage unit

• Possibility to change the unit (subject to availability)

• Use of common areas and available auxiliary equipment

5. TAXES

All prices indicated are exclusive of VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.

The applicable VAT will be the one in force according to Spanish tax regulations.

6. GENERAL NOTES

Rates may be modified in accordance with LOCKIFY’s Pricing Policy.

The rates in force at the time of contracting or renewal will apply.

LOCKIFY may offer temporary promotions that will be properly communicated.
