These rates apply to storage units operated by LOCKIFY S.L. and are valid from the date of their publication on the website and/or mobile application.

1. STORAGE RATES

1.1 Storage Units (Standard Units)

1.2 Lockers (0.5 m² Category)

LOCKIFY offers lockers in the 0.5 m² category with different heights and storage capacities.

Locker A        | 1.5 m    | €48  

Locker B        | 1.0 m    | €42  

The 0.5 m² category is used as a reference to identify this type of unit.

The height is part of the internal configuration of the unit and determines its usable storage capacity.

2. CONTRACT PERIODS AND PAYMENT

LOCKIFY offers service periods with different durations.

Contract Period     | Discount  

3 months or more   | 5%  

6 months or more   | 10%  

12 months or more  | 15%  

Payment Terms

All contracts are prepaid for the selected service period.

By contracting the service, the customer agrees to reserve and pay for the selected period in advance.

Service Extensions

The contracted period does not renew automatically.
The customer may extend the service by purchasing a new service period through the LOCKIFY application. The price and any applicable discount will be those in force and displayed at the time of the extension.

Early Termination

In the event of early termination by the customer, no refunds will be issued for any unused period.

The service is considered reserved and made available for the entire contracted duration, regardless of actual usage.

3. INSURANCE

3.1 Included Coverage  

Basic insurance included: up to €1,000 per unit.

3.2 Extended Insurance (Optional)  

Available upon request. Pricing and conditions will be communicated prior to contracting the service.

4. TAXES

All prices indicated include VAT (IVA) in accordance with Spanish tax regulations.

Prices may be rounded for commercial purposes.

5. GENERAL NOTES

Rates may be modified in accordance with LOCKIFY’s Pricing Policy.

The rates in force at the time of contracting or extending the service will apply.

LOCKIFY may offer temporary promotions that will be properly communicated.
