Pricing policy

LOCKIFY S.L.

This Pricing Policy establishes the general principles governing the determination, modification and application of the prices for the service provided by LOCKIFY S.L. (hereinafter, “LOCKIFY”), and complements the Current Rates published on the website and/or application.

1. PRICE DETERMINATION

1.1 The price of the service is determined based on:

• the type, size and characteristics of the storage unit;
• the selected contract period;
• the payment method;
• any additional services contracted.

1.2 The applicable price shall be the one indicated in the Current Rates at the time of contracting or renewal.

2. DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS

2.1 LOCKIFY may offer discounts depending on the contract period or other commercial conditions.

2.2 Discounts are conditional upon full compliance with the agreed contract period.

2.3 In the event of early termination, any applied discounts may be cancelled and the price recalculated according to the standard rate.

3. PRICE MODIFICATIONS

3.1 LOCKIFY may modify the Current Rates for economic, commercial or operational reasons.

3.2 Any modifications shall be communicated to the Client with reasonable prior notice.

3.3 In the case of Clients qualifying as consumers, they may terminate the Agreement without penalty if they do not accept the price modification.

4. TAXES

4.1 All prices are understood to be exclusive of VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.

4.2 The applicable VAT will be the one in force in accordance with Spanish tax regulations.

5. SPECIAL CASES

5.1 In cases of unit changes, service upgrades or modifications requested by the Client, the price will be adjusted in accordance with the Current Rates.

5.2 LOCKIFY may apply specific economic conditions that will be duly communicated to the Client.

This Pricing Policy will be available on the LOCKIFY website and/or application and will remain applicable while it is published.
