LOCKIFY S.L.
This Pricing Policy establishes the general principles governing the determination, modification and application of the prices for the service provided by LOCKIFY S.L. (hereinafter, “LOCKIFY”), and complements the Current Rates published on the website and/or application.
1. PRICE DETERMINATION
1.1 The price of the service is determined based on:

2. DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS
2.1 LOCKIFY may offer discounts depending on the contract period or other commercial conditions.
2.2 Discounts are conditional upon full compliance with the agreed contract period.
2.3 The conditions governing cancellations and refunds are set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy published by LOCKIFY.
3. PRICE MODIFICATIONS
3.1 LOCKIFY may modify the Current Rates for economic, commercial or operational reasons.
3.2 Any modification of the Current Rates shall not affect a service period already contracted and paid for by the Client.
3.3 The updated price shall apply only to new contracts, service extensions or other service modifications requested by the Client. The applicable price will be displayed before the Client confirms the transaction.
4. TAXES
4.1 All published prices include the applicable VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.
4.2 The applicable VAT will be the one in force in accordance with Spanish tax regulations.
5. SPECIAL CASES
5.1 In cases of unit changes, service upgrades or modifications requested by the Client, the price will be adjusted in accordance with the Current Rates.
6. VALIDITY
5.2 LOCKIFY may apply specific economic conditions that will be duly communicated to the Client.
This Pricing Policy will be available on the LOCKIFY website and/or application and will remain applicable while it is published.
