LOCKIFY S.L.
1. Purpose
This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains how service cancellations and refunds are handled by LOCKIFY S.L. and complements the Service Agreement and other applicable legal documents.
2. Service Cancellation
Customers may cancel the service at any time through the Lockify mobile application or by contacting support.
Cancellation prevents future renewals of the service but does not automatically entitle the Customer to a refund of amounts already paid.
3. Prepaid Service Periods
Lockify offers pricing plans based on fixed service periods, including promotional discounts for longer commitments.
When a Customer selects a multi-month plan, the applicable discount is granted in exchange for advance payment for the entire selected period.

Except where required by applicable law, payments already made are non-refundable.

Cancellation of the service does not affect the Customer’s right to use the storage unit until the end of the prepaid period, unless otherwise provided in the Service Agreement.

Lockify may update this Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time. The current version will be available on the website and/or in the mobile application.
