 At Lockify, safety is our top priority. To protect all customers, facilities and stored belongings, certain items are not permitted inside storage units.

The following items may not be stored:

Food and perishable goods

• Food products
• Perishable items
• Any goods susceptible to decomposition

Liquids and hazardous substances

• Liquids of any kind
• Flammable substances
• Explosive materials
• Toxic or corrosive substances
• Fuels and oils
• Chemicals and industrial products
• Compressed gases or gas cylinders

Items that may affect other customers

• Goods generating strong odors
• Items producing vapors or fumes
• Contaminating materials

Living beings

• Animals
• Plants
• Any living organism

Restricted or illegal items

• Weapons
• Ammunition
• Illegal substances
• Any item whose possession is prohibited or restricted by law

Valuable or irreplaceable items

• Cash
• Financial instruments
• Securities
• Means of payment
• Works of art
• Antiques
• Collectibles of exceptional value

Other prohibited items

• Any item that cannot be safely stored in a self-storage environment
• Any item that may pose a risk to people, facilities or other customers’ property

Electrical equipment

The use of electrical outlets, extension cords, chargers or any electrical connection inside storage units is strictly prohibited.

Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the goods they store comply with Lockify’s Rules of Use and applicable legislation.
